Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must not be damaged due to mishandling
- Perishable items like pickles can only be returned if there is a quality issue or damage during shipping
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened pickle jars or food products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)
Refund Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Send clear photos of the product and packaging if there's a quality issue
- Once approved, ship the product back to us
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
