Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must not be damaged due to mishandling
  • Perishable items like pickles can only be returned if there is a quality issue or damage during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pickle jars or food products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)

Refund Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Send clear photos of the product and packaging if there's a quality issue
  4. Once approved, ship the product back to us

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us
