Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to the following areas:
- All major cities and metro areas
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Remote areas (delivery time may vary)
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- Orders below ₹500: ₹50 shipping charge
- Remote area delivery may have additional charges
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped
- Track your order status through the tracking link sent via email/SMS
Packaging
We take special care in packaging:
- All pickle jars are securely sealed and bubble-wrapped
- Products are packed in sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit
- Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate care
Delivery Issues
If you face any delivery issues:
- Delayed Delivery: Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated time
- Damaged Package: Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- Missing Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery
